Refund & Return Policy
No Physical Returns Due to the nature of our business, Tech XorZe does not accept physical returns or exchanges. Please do not send any packages back to us, as we are unable to process them.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at AngelM.052324@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the damaged/defective item
We will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement item sent at no additional cost
- A store credit for the value of the item
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has already been submitted to our supplier and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be applied to your account within 3–5 business days of approval.
Non-Eligible Items: We do not offer replacements or credits for items damaged due to misuse, or for change-of-mind purchases.
